The theme at Wink’s Labelexpo Europe booth is “The Art of Die-Cutting,” where company’s primary objective is to create an inspiring and enjoyable atmosphere. This motto highlights the intersection between die-cutting and art on various levels. On one hand, it emphasizes the craftsmanship involved in selecting the perfect die-cutting tool for diverse applications, resulting in eye-catching outcomes that captivate customers at the point of sale.

On the other hand, each member of the Wink team passionately contributes to the creation of small “art tools.” These tools are individually configured with the utmost precision, speed, and reliable delivery. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience both the technical precision and aesthetic aspects of die-cutting. Wink is showcasing how their tools can be not only functional but also beautiful masterpieces. At the booth, Wink is presenting a comprehensive portfolio of their premium precision tools, including:

  • Flexible dies for a wide range of applications, featuring improved cutting angle geometries for efficient cutting on thin liners.
  • MCR coating for extended tool life.
  • New and improved non-stick coatings for flexible dies and rotary dies.
  • The latest generation of rotary cylinders, particularly highlighting the OptiMag magnetic cylinders.
  • Rotary tools with various ejection systems.
  • High-performance flatbed tools.
The dedicated team is available to answer questions, discuss individual requirements, and provide high-quality solutions tailored to specific die-cutting needs. As always, visitors are encouraged to bring their cutting samples for further evaluation and guidance.

Dennis Meijlink, marketing manager, comments, “We are very proud of our high delivery reliability (more than 99 %). We have maintained this figure at a consistently high level since the beginning of the year. Additionally, we have further improved the cutting line geometries of our flexible dies. We’ve got very positive feedback from clients die-cutting on extremely thin liners.”
